Caesar Salad

This delicious caesar salad is a hit! The mozzarella cheese and granulated garlic adds the perfect touch to the traditional caesar salad ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale

10 oz romaine lettuce (about 89 cups or 3 small/2 large romaine hearts)

1/4 cup caesar dressing (65 grams)

1/3 cup black olives (45 grams), more to taste

1/2 cup croutons (27 grams)

1/4 cup freshly shredded mozzarella (35 grams)

1/3 cup shaved parmesan cheese (40 grams)

Optional: A few pinches of dried marjoram

Optional: 1/2 tsp granulated garlic

Instructions

  1. Chop up the romaine lettuce and put in a large bowl.
  2. Toss in the caesar dressing.
  3. If you want, you can add in a few pinches of dried marjoram and 1/2 tsp granulated garlic.
  4. Add the black olives, croutons, shredded mozzarella, and shaved parmesan cheese and toss to combine. 
  5. Sprinkle with a few extra croutons, breaking them up a little if desired (I love doing this personally!)
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
