Chocolate Cherry Nourish Balls

Ingredients

Base:

1 cup sprouted rolled oats (90g)

1 heaping cup whole raw cashews (160g)

8 medjool dates (1 packed cup, 175g)

1/4 cup collagen (28g)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup (80g)

3 Tbsp cacao powder (18g)

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Extras:

1/3 cup dried unsweetened cherries (35g)

2 tsp cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the base ingredients until combined. How long it takes will depend on your food processor – mine took 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the unsweetened dried cherries and cacao nibs and pulse multiple times until incorporated but still whole.
  3. Form into 25 balls. Enjoy!
  4. Keep leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container. Eat within a week. Please leave a review if you try them out! <3
