These banana popsicles are SO delicious and easy. They’re great to keep on hand as a healthy snack for your kiddos!

Ingredients

Scale

6 large yellow bananas

3/4 cup chocolate chips (I used Hu’s no added sugar chocolate chips)

1 Tbsp coconut oil (or avocado or olive oil

Toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Take the peels off the bananas then slice them in half.
  2. Stick a popsicle stick into each banana half (I forgot to do this which is why it’s not photographed!).
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper then place the banana halves on the parchment paper. Place in the freezer for 2-4 hours, until the bananas are frozen solid.
  4. Prepare your toppings: I chopped pecans and pumpkin seeds and also used coconut flakes. I also left some banana plain with just chocolate.
  5. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and place in a glass cup.
  6. Dip a banana half into the melted chocolate mixture, then roll in the toppings. Place back onto parchment paper and repeat with the next banana. Make sure to go through this process fairly quickly so they don’t defrost.
  7. Place them in a freezer-friendly airtight container and store in the freezer for up to a month.
  8. Please leave feedback and your review if you made this recipe, this helps me tremendously! Thanks!
