Prepare your Brussels sprouts – remove the ends then cut in half or quarter them, depending on their size. For large Brussel sprouts, I would cut into quarters. For small, I would cut in half.
Toss the Brussels sprouts in the olive oil then place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the garlic powder and salt over top of the brussels sprouts.
Bake for 25-35 minutes, until they are lightly charred and crispy.
Remove from the oven then drizzle with the honey.
