How to make Hot Honey Baked Brie

  3. Bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes, until the center is soft and melty but the cheese is still holding its shape.
  4. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
  5. Drizzle hot honey on top.
  6. Serve warm with toasted sourdough, crackers, or sliced apples for contrast. This also pairs beautifully with roasted nuts or fresh herbs like thyme if you want a simple garnish.
