How to make Hot Honey Baked Brie
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Once the oven is preheated, put the brie into a baking dish and cut a few slashes in the top of the brie.
- Bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes, until the center is soft and melty but the cheese is still holding its shape.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey on top.
- Serve warm with toasted sourdough, crackers, or sliced apples for contrast. This also pairs beautifully with roasted nuts or fresh herbs like thyme if you want a simple garnish.

- Add diced fresh rosemary, thyme, or sage for an herb flavor.
- Add some diced nuts such as pecans, almonds, pistachios, or walnuts.
