This Lemon Dill Aioli is very easily the star of the show when you put it on avocado toast, sandwiches burgers, salmon, or even use it as a dip for healthy chicken nuggets or fries. The options are limitless for what you can use it for! It’s a great recipe to prep for the week because it’ll add flavor to just about any meal.
Ingredients for Lemon Dill Aioli
1/2 cup healthy mayonnaise (use code Christine on Primal Kitchen, or Chosen Foods is also a great brand)
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice (1/2 small lemon)
1 tsp lemon zest (1/2 small lemon)
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1-2 tsp finely chopped fresh dill, to taste
A couple pinches of salt
How to make Lemon Dill Aioli
- Mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors enhance.
- Serve on sandwiches, burgers, salmon filets, avocado toast, and more. Store an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Modifications
- Substitute another herb for the dill, such as parsley.
- Use a fresh garlic clove instead of granulated garlic for a more pungent flavor.
- Add cracked black pepper or another spice for more flavor.
