This Lemon Dill Aioli is the star of the show! It’s so flavorful and pairs perfectly with sandwiches, burgers, fries, and more.

Ingredients

1/2 cup healthy mayonnaise (use code Christine on Primal Kitchen, or Chosen Foods is also a great brand)

1 1/2 tsp lemon juice (1/2 small lemon)

1 tsp lemon zest (1/2 small lemon)

1/2 tsp granulated garlic

12 tsp finely chopped fresh dill, to taste

A couple pinches of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors enhance.
  2. Serve on sandwiches, burgers, salmon filetsavocado toast, and more. Store an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
