Lemon Tahini Sauce & Dressing
This sauce has a tangy kick to it and is perfect for topping on veggies, grains, salads, baked chicken, etc. I love drizzling it over top of nourish bowls such as my Quinoa Nourish Bowl that’s posted on my blog!

Ingredients

1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice (about 3-4 large lemons)
1/4 cup water*
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
- Feel free to add more water if you want it thinner. Add 1 Tbsp at a time until you reach your desired texture.
