Ingredients

2 1/2 cups filtered water

2-inch piece peeled fresh ginger root

1-inch piece peeled fresh turmeric root

2 cinnamon sticks

For serving: 1 Tbsp Raw honey

Instructions

  1. Slice the ginger and turmeric and place in a pot with the cinnamon sticks and water.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into mugs. Add honey if desired.
