This oatmeal is the perfect addition to your morning routine! Feel free to sub the peaches for any other fruit that you would like. You could do apples, pears, mixed berries, etc.
2 cups oats (I use sprouted rolled oats)
1 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other milk of choice)
1 cup ripe peaches, chopped (1 large) – I like to add just a bit more sometimes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp unrefined coconut oil, melted
3 pinches salt
(Optional) 1/4 cup grass-fed collagen (or your favorite healthy vanilla protein powder)
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
