Bring a large pot with water and some salt to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until tender. This will depend on the pasta you use, so read the instructions. Once done, strain the water from the pot but do not rinse the pasta! Leaving a layer of the pasta water on the noodles helps make the sauce stick to the noodles because of the starch.
In a large bowl using an electric mixer, blend together the cream cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth and creamy.
Stir together the cooked pasta with the sauce until combined.
To serve: Add the buffalo pasta to a bowl, top with cooked chicken, sliced green onion, and parmesan cheese.
