Single Serve Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough

Ingredients

3 Tbsp almond flour
2 Tbsp oats
2 tsp coconut sugar
1 Tbsp grass-fed butter, softened
1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp Raisins (or sub chocolate chips)
Pinch of salt
Optional: dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix together the almond flour, oats, coconut sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the softened butter and vanilla extract and mix until it becomes a cookie dough texture. Mix in the raisins.
- Enjoy! Keep leftovers refrigerated.
