Spinach and White Bean Hummus

Ingredients

1 can great northern beans

1/4 cup tahini

1 large lemon, juiced

1 small garlic clove

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 cup tightly packed spinach

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp salt

Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined. Don’t over-blend because the texture may become weird.
  2. Serve with fresh veggies, pita chips, pita bread, or sliced baguette!
