1 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen pineapple (or mango)
1 1/2 cups spinach
1 scoop collagen
2 Tbsp nut butter
1/2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
3/4 cup water or milk of choice
Optional additions of choice: milk thistle, ashwagandha, maca root, slippery elm bark, etc.
Optional: 1-2 tsp honey
Blend all ingredients together. Adjust milk and/or add ice to preference. Enjoy!
