Tropical Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

Units Scale

1 1/4 cup coconut milk

1 cup frozen pineapple

3/4 cup frozen mango

1/2” piece of ginger root, to taste (I like more)

1/2 lemon, juiced

Zest of 1/2 lemon

2 Tbsp collagen

Optional for sweetness: 1/2 banana or 1-2 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)

1 Tbsp flaxmeal (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together until smooth. You can start with 3/4 cup milk if you’re aiming for a creamier smoothie (you can always add more).
