1/2 cup Primal Kitchen buffalo sauce, divided (135g)1 egg1/3 cup quinoa flakes (40g)1/2 tsp saltOptional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder1 lb ground turkey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the buffalo sauce into a bowl and set aside.
- Mix together the other 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce, the quinoa flakes, the egg, and the spices. Mix thoroughly.
- Then add the ground turkey and mix gently, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form 20 meatballs and place them on the parchment paper. Each meatball will be 2 Tbsp of mixture.
- Bake for 17-19 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
- Gently toss or roll the meatballs in the remaining buffalo sauce. Serve as desired and enjoy!
