
I LOVE goat cheese, so I really wanted the flavor to truly shine through, so I added just a hint of honey, fresh lemon juice, and thyme for a little extra depth but not to be overpowering. If you would like a stronger flavor from one of them (or all), then add to taste.
12 oz goat cheese
1 Tbsp honey, plus more for drizzling
1/2 small lemon, juiced
2 tsp fresh thyme leaves, more to taste
1/4 tsp salt, to taste
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
Optional: Fresh cracked black pepper
For serving: Pita, naan, sourdough
