Shrimp Lettuce Wraps with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

6 oz shrimp
Salt and pepper
3–4 lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce work the best)
Mango salsa (see recipe here)
Instructions
- Cook the shrimp as needed (mine was precooked and frozen, so I just thawed it out and sautéed it in a pan with olive oil). Season with salt and pepper.
- Let cool for a few minutes.
- Place your lettuce on a plate, put the cooked shrimp on top, then put mango salsa on top.
