This gluten-free, single-serve cookie dough is perfect when you’re craving something sweet!

Ingredients

Scale

3 Tbsp almond flour

2 Tbsp oats

2 tsp coconut sugar

1 Tbsp grass-fed butter, softened

1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 tsp Raisins (or sub chocolate chips)

Pinch of salt

Optional: dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix together the almond flour, oats, coconut sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. Add the softened butter and vanilla extract and mix until it becomes a cookie dough texture. Mix in the raisins.
  3. Enjoy! Keep leftovers refrigerated.
