Cook the shrimp as needed (mine was precooked and frozen, so I just thawed it out and sautéed it in a pan with olive oil). Season with salt and pepper.
Let cool for a few minutes.
Place your lettuce on a plate, put the cooked shrimp on top, then put mango salsa on top.
